The basics

About mWealth

mWealth is a professional trading solutions provider specialising in the foreign exchange and gold markets. We offer portfolio management on a profit-sharing basis, algorithmic trading systems, and support for clients who prefer to trade their own accounts — all delivered through partnerships with regulated global brokers.

XAU/USD — gold against the US dollar — is our primary market and the focus of most of our strategy work. We trade the forex majors alongside it, both for opportunity and to manage correlation, since gold and the dollar pairs frequently move together. We do not trade equities, cryptocurrencies or exotic pairs.

Our traders have more than twelve years of live market experience. That period covers rate-hiking and rate-cutting cycles, several geopolitical shocks and long stretches of directionless range — which matters, because a strategy that has only ever traded one type of market has not really been tested.

mWealth provides trading management and introducing services. We do not hold client funds and are not a broker or a custodian. The regulated entity in the chain is the broker where your account is held — the desk will name it, along with its regulator and licence number, so you can verify it on the regulator's own register before you deposit anything. If regulatory status is material to your decision, raise it before you open an account and we will answer it in writing.

Your money

Safety, custody and control

Your funds remain in a broker account opened in your own name. mWealth holds trading authority only — we can open and close positions, and we cannot withdraw or transfer your money. That structure protects you from us. It does not protect you from the market: while your capital is being traded it is exposed to loss, and that risk is real and unavoidable.

No. Never. You fund your broker account directly from your own bank, and you withdraw from it the same way. If anyone claiming to represent mWealth asks you to transfer funds to a personal account, a company account or a wallet, it is not us — do not send anything and contact us straight away.

Yes. The account belongs to you, so withdrawals are at your discretion and processed by the broker. There is no lock-in period. We do ask for advance notice on large withdrawals so that open positions can be reduced in an orderly way rather than closed abruptly at whatever price is showing.

Revoke the trading authority in your broker portal. Our access ends immediately, without needing our agreement or a notice period. We would appreciate a message telling us why, but nothing about ending the arrangement depends on us.

The services

PMS, algo and self-trading

Portfolio Management Service means our traders operate your account for you under a profit-sharing arrangement. You pay nothing up front and nothing monthly. We take an agreed percentage of the net profit we generate, and nothing at all in a period where there is no profit. See the PMS page for the full mechanics.

Automated systems that follow coded rules to enter, size and exit trades. Their advantage is consistency: the two-hundredth trade is executed exactly like the first, with the stop loss placed at the same moment as the entry. They are not smarter than a good trader — they are simply incapable of talking themselves out of the plan. See Algo Trading.

Yes. Self-trading clients open an account with a partner broker and trade it themselves, with our indicator suite installed and daily market context from the desk. We attach no trading authority to those accounts. It is the hardest of the three routes and we will tell you honestly if we think one of the others suits you better. See Self-Trading.

Managed and algorithmic clients receive a written monthly summary covering trades taken, gross and net result, maximum drawdown and the profit share applied. You can also watch every position live in your own terminal as it opens, so nothing in the report should ever be a surprise.

Yes, and several clients do — typically PMS on one account and the algo on another. Keep them on separate accounts. Running two strategies on one account merges the exposure and makes it impossible to judge how either one is actually performing.

Costs and returns

What it costs and what to expect

We deliberately do not publish a monthly target, and we would be sceptical of any firm that does. Returns vary with volatility, market direction and the risk profile on your account. Some months are flat. Some are negative. The desk will discuss a realistic range with you based on your settings, but no figure discussed is a promise, a projection or a guarantee.

For managed and algorithmic accounts, an agreed share of net realised profit and nothing else — no joining fee, no subscription, no management charge. For self-trading, nothing directly; that service is funded by a volume rebate from the broker, which does not change the spread or commission you pay.

It is set by the broker and varies by region and account type. The desk will confirm the applicable figure on your first call. Separately from any minimum: only trade capital you can genuinely afford to lose. We would rather decline an account than manage somebody's emergency savings.

You bear the loss — your balance falls. We take no profit share for that period, and the shortfall must be recovered before any further share is charged, so we are not paid twice for the same gains. If drawdown reaches the level set in your risk profile, we stop trading and review the account with you before resuming.

Getting started

Joining mWealth

Register on this site or contact the desk. We will discuss which route suits you, introduce you to the appropriate partner broker, and guide you through opening and verifying an account in your own name. Once it is funded, you either attach the trading authority or receive your self-trading tools.

Usually two to three working days, most of which is the broker verifying your documents. Clear photographs of valid identification and a recent proof of address make the difference between two days and two weeks.

It is optional. If somebody introduced you to mWealth, entering their code attributes the introduction to them. Leaving it blank makes no difference whatsoever to your terms, your fees or the service you receive. See the Referral Program page for how introducing works.

Not for managed or algorithmic accounts. For self-trading you should already be comfortable with order types, leverage, margin and stop placement. If you are not, we will steer you to another route rather than let you learn at the cost of live capital.

The answer we will never give

Nobody at mWealth will ever tell you that a return is guaranteed, that a strategy cannot lose, or that your capital is protected from market risk. If you hear that from someone using our name, it did not come from us. Read the Risk Disclosure for the full picture.
