Portfolio Management Service

Our desk trades your account under a limited authority. You keep ownership, visibility and the right to withdraw — and we are paid only from the profit we produce.

The service

What mWealth PMS actually is

A professionally managed trading service in which our traders operate your account on your behalf, while you retain one hundred percent ownership of the account and everything in it.

In practice, you open a trading account with one of our partner brokers in your own name and fund it directly. You then attach a limited trading authority to that account, which permits us to open and close positions. It grants no right to move money. Withdrawals, deposits and closure of the account remain entirely yours.

From that point our desk trades the account according to the risk profile you selected. You can watch every position live in your own terminal as it happens, and you receive a written summary each month.

What PMS is not

It is not a deposit scheme, a fixed-return product, or a pooled fund. We never take your money into our own account, and no rate of return is promised or implied at any point.

Key features
  • Traders with 12+ years of live experience Not a signal service reselling somebody else's calls.
  • Profit-sharing only No joining fee, no management fee, no charge in a month with no profit.
  • No hidden charges The share percentage is fixed in writing before trading starts and does not change without your consent.
  • Transparent monthly reporting Trade count, gross and net result, maximum drawdown, and the profit share applied.
  • Fund safety by structure Your capital never leaves an account in your own name at a regulated broker.
  • Strategies with a live track record Every strategy has been traded through real market conditions before a client account uses it.

How the profit share works

The arrangement is deliberately simple, because a fee structure nobody can explain is usually one that favours the manager.

Nothing charged upfront

There is no account-opening fee, no subscription and no monthly management charge. If we never trade your account, you never pay us anything.

A share of realised profit

At the end of each agreed period we take a fixed, pre-agreed percentage of the net realised profit on your account. The percentage depends on capital and risk profile, and it is stated in your agreement.

Losses carry forward

If a period ends below its previous high, that shortfall must be recovered before any further profit share is taken. We do not get paid twice for the same gains.

You bear the losses

Profit-sharing means we take no fee in a losing period. It does not mean we absorb your losses — the capital at risk is yours, and a losing period reduces your account balance. Any firm claiming otherwise is not describing a trading service.

Before you start

What you will need

Onboarding is handled by the broker, not by us. We guide you through it, but the verification is theirs.

  • A trading account in your own name Opened with one of our partner brokers. We will recommend the one that suits your region and account size.
  • Valid KYC documents Government photo identification and a recent proof of address, submitted to the broker directly.
  • Capital you can genuinely afford to risk Minimum sizes vary by broker. We will tell you the applicable figure — and we will decline an account that looks like money you cannot lose.
  • An agreed risk profile Conservative, balanced or aggressive. This sets the maximum risk per trade and the drawdown level at which we stop and review.
What you receive
  • A professionally traded account Managed to a defined process rather than to a mood.
  • Live visibility, every day Your own MT4/MT5 login shows each position the moment it opens.
  • A written monthly report Trades taken, gross and net result, worst drawdown, and the fee applied.
  • Risk-driven position sizing Every trade sized from its stop distance and your risk setting.
  • Direct access to the desk Ask why a trade was taken and you will get an actual answer.
Onboarding

From first call to first trade

Suitability call

We discuss your capital, your objective and your tolerance for a losing month, and agree a risk profile from that conversation.

Broker account opening

You register with a partner broker in your own name, complete their KYC, and fund the account directly from your own bank.

Limited trading authority

You attach the authority that lets us trade and sign the profit-sharing agreement setting out the percentage and reporting cycle.

Trading begins

The desk starts at reduced size for the first weeks, then scales to the agreed risk profile once the account is settled.

Questions

PMS, specifically

No. The trading authority you grant permits opening and closing positions only. Withdrawal rights sit with you as the account holder, and the broker will not act on a withdrawal instruction from us. You can also revoke our access from your broker portal at any time without notifying us first.

We take no profit share for that period, and the loss must be recovered before any further share is charged. Your account balance falls by the amount lost — that risk is yours and cannot be transferred to us. If drawdown reaches the level agreed in your risk profile, we stop trading and review the account with you before continuing.

No. You can withdraw funds or end the arrangement whenever you choose. We only ask for notice before a large withdrawal so that open positions can be reduced in an orderly way rather than closed at whatever price happens to be showing.

It is set by the broker you choose and varies by region and account type. The desk will confirm the applicable figure during your suitability call. As a matter of policy we would rather turn an account away than manage capital somebody cannot afford to lose.

We strongly advise against it on a managed account. Manual trades change the account's total exposure and margin, which can force our positions to close at the wrong moment. If you want to trade yourself as well, open a second account — most brokers allow it, and it keeps the two records cleanly separated.

A short call establishes whether PMS suits your capital and objectives. There is no obligation and nothing to pay to have the conversation.
